120000m3/d Urban domestic sewage treatment project
The total processing capacity of phase I and phase II of the project is 120000m3/d, and it was officially put into operation in October 2013. The treated effluent of the project meets the class I A grade standard of (GB18918-2002).
Treatment process: Coarse grid channel--Lift pump well--Fine grid channel--Cyclone grit chamber--Water distribution tank--Hydrolysis tank--Sedimentation tank alternating A2O--Secondary sedimentation tank--MEechanical stirring clarifier--Fiber rotary filter--Disinfection channel--Discharge pump well.
The treatment process of the project has been guaranteed by the first level biological hydrolysis treatment, the inverted two-stage A/O biological treatment as core, the mechanical stirring clarification as reinforcement, and the fiber rotary disc filtration as the guarantee.
10000m3/d Urban domestic sewage treatment project
The first phase of the project has a treatment capacity of 10000m3 / d and covers an area of 21 mu. It was officially put into operation in 2010, and the effluent quality meets the class a standard of the discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB18918-2002).
Treatment process: Coarse grid channel--Lift pump well--Fine grid channel--Cyclone grit chamber--MSBR tank--Sand filtration--Multi-media filtration--Disinfection channel--Discharge well.
The project adopts physicochemical pretreatment--MSBR biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal--advanced treatment process,and uses advanced distributed computer system to realize automatic control and management.
