300m3/d landfill leachate treatment and reconstruction project
After transformation, the treatment capacity of the project reaches 300m3 / d, and the effluent quality meets the table 2 standard in the (GB 16889-2008). It was put into operation in November 2010.
Treatment process: Coagulation sedimentation--Hydrolysis acidification--A2O process--ozonation--MBR--Ultrafiltration--Nanofiltration--Reverse osmosis.
The project has advanced treatment technology, stable and reliable operation, strong anti shock load capacity of the whole treatment system, and can ensure that the effluent quality meets the discharge standard.
112m3/h Ultra pure water project
The processing capacity of the project is 112m3 / h, which was officially put into use in August 2017. Using two-stage reverse osmosis + EDI process, the resistivity of treated effluent is above 16m. Cm.
Treatment process: sand filtration, carbon filtration, secondary reverse osmosis, EDI.
The project has the advantages of compact structure, less floor space, stable operation, good effluent quality, easy automation, convenient operation and management, and has the advantages of no acid-base regeneration and low operation & maintenance cost compared with the mixed bed.
